Shahrukh Khan son Aryan Khan get bail accepted by High Court
Shahrukh Khan son got arrested at the Mumbai cruise ship party in drug case. Along with his seven friends he was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). After waiting for days and a lot of struggle Aryan Khan bail is granted by Mumbai High court. Lets have a look.
This is a lucky day for both Shahrukh and Gauri as Aryan Khan bail is accepted by High court. Soon Aryan will came to his home Mannat. But he is not releasing from the jail tonight. As Aryan Khan bail order is passed by court. But court has not pass detail orders yet. He is returning to his home after staying in jail for more than a month.
Shahrukh Khan fans are also excited after getting this great news. Every one was disappoint when Aryan doesn’t got bail and there was no hope seems for the bail of Aryan as court rejected his bail order twice.
On Monday Mumbai High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan. Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan son Aryan Khan was arrested due to his involvement in drug case at a high profile cruise party in Mumbai. Also his friend Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha get bail with Aryan. Justice Sambre said ” I will pass detailed orders by tomorrow evening”. While they all three are not release from the jail tonight.’
Their earlier pleas was rejected by Special NDPS court. NCB advocate ASG Anil Singh state his argument. He said ” My contention is he was found in possession. He was connected with drug peddlers. It was a commercial quantity. Hence we invoked 28 and 29. It was only 4 hours and they were aware of the grounds so it cannot be an illegal arrest. Conspiracy is difficult to prove. Only the conspirator knows how they conspired. I will leave to the conscience of the court”.
Aryan Khan has also written an apologize letter to High Court. He wrote that “If court gave him bail so he is not going to use it in wrong way”. While he is also not allow to left country or visit any city outside. As he have to came for further inquiries.
