Usman Mirza case couple refuses to recognize accused person
Islamabad harassment case female person refuses to identify refuses to take case against Usman Mirza. She has record in front of police that she was forced by Usman Mirza and his friends. Usman Mirza and his friends threatened to gang rape her.
In July 2020 a video goes viral over social media. In this video Usman Mirza and his friends brutally harrassed a couple. The couple was harrased infront of his friends in room full of men. The girl was forcefully tortured to dance nude infront of all men. In this seven people including Usman Mirza was involved in the case. After the video went viral Islamabad police took Usman into custody to file FIR against them.
Recently she has given her statement over this case. She has refuse to recognized the accused person. Also she said that she has given this affidavit without any pressure. She also told that she was forced and accused by Usman and his friend to dance nude infront of them but when she refused to she was beaten up by them brutally.
She has given her recent statement in which she denies to know the accused Usman and his friends. Also she said that police them selves file case, also she clearly denies that she have signed any paper. While she also says that she didn’t recognize them. But previously she made her statement recognizing one of Usman friend Rehan. She says “I only see Rehan and other accused while I doesn’t know any one of them.
