Actress Mariam Ansari reveal why she chose to become a fitness trainer. As an actress it is the main thing that how good your looks is! Actresses are so concern about their skin health as well as their body health. You can not became a good actor at television if you can not maintain your finesses and looks. That’s why all actresses takes their proper diet maintain health. To join gym and to look more appealing and attractive than others.
Actress Mariam Ansari is also included in one of those actresses who are so much concerned about their fitness and beauty. The main thing is she is fitness trainer. She uploaded videos from her gym routine on daily basis. To encourage other people for maintaining their physical health.
Actress Mariam Ansari recently appeared at the show of “Adeel Amjad and Faizan Sheikh” and she reveals about body shaming which she experiences in Industry . On asking about why she become a fitness trainer, so she opened up that she faces body shaming a lot. Yes the actress told that “I did a film Halla Gulla. And I was body shame a lot in that film”. Also she said that “a person looks wider on film screen. So then I decided to join gym and when I lost a lot of weight”
Also she said that “It became a lifestyle and better mindset for me. I like to gave free advice to people about fitness and workout. While people think that I am doing this as a full time fitness trainer but I was not doing this all professionally at that time!”
Further actress told that people think that I am not pursuing my career as an actress but its not true! I love doing fitness trainer. Mariam Ansari has recently appeared in drama Mujhe Wida Kar, also she did multiple hit dramas in Dil Lagi, Aangan and Romeo Weds Heer.
