Squid Game famous Korean Series is trending in Pakistan also !
Have someone ever thought that a show can change our life? Or ever we have think that we can learn something from a show? Yes the most popular Korean Series who has break the all other series record of Netflix “Squid Game” is here. Lets have a look.
Have you ever heard about the Top No 1 series of Netflix Squid Game trending in 90 countries. Don’t forget that there is also a Pakistani character in Squid Game. While the nine episode released to Netflix on 17 September after releasing it became a biggest sensation in all over the world. It is true that that a series is teaching and telling us principles of life. While Netflix decision to invest in Korean Series is taking it to the next level.
The reason of rejection is due to the unrealistic stories. While the writer took the concepts by reading fictional Korean novels. Squid Game Korean Series is based on classic Korean children game Red light, green light and tug-of-war and squid game is the final one. It is based on real life children games. While winner of all six games at the end will get a handsome amount of money. Seong Gi-hun main character will win the game at the end. He has to learn how to live or survive in the game but when he had to come up against his childhood friend. He refuses to kill him, and here he did rebelling against the game.
Its seems like surely squid game will make a great graphic novel because the director told that he read a lot of comics and he was mesmerized with survival games. While the writer took inspiration from his own games which he surely played in childhood keeping simple rules.
While according to its writer and director Hwang Dong Hyuk said that the show receives countless rejections from a decade. He started writing up the script in 2009. But due to lack of investment and financial issue he delayed the production for ten years. He also said that the series was rejected by a number of studios. And a time came when he had to sold his laptop due to lack of finances.
While the costume which is contestant wearing in Squid game is the hot topic on social media now a days. The number s written on their costumes. There is also a Pakistani contestant in Squid game, an Indian guy Anupam Tripathi . He has tremendously played the role of Pakistani guy in Squid game. They have showed very positive character of man in game. But our Star Ahmed Ali butt doesn’t seems really happy on Indian actor is playing role instead of Pakistani actors.
He took his Instagram to show that he is unhappy with this thing. He said “It’s so frustrating to see Pakistani characters in big TV series being play by Indian actors. Why can’t these productions cast original Pakistani actors for such roles?” He went on to ask, “Same goes for films. If you’re making a film and it’s about a Pakistani city, why is it always cheat somewhere else?” Butt went onto urge relevant authorities to instill “progressive film policies” that will compel international filmmakers to use actual “locations and talent from our country rather than cheap substitutes”
